A 40-year-old man, a smoker with 20 years of experience, came to an otorhinolaryngologist with complaints of hoarseness for 3 months. During the examination, a bumpy formation was detected in the middle third of the left vocal fold.
The laryngeal lumen remains sufficient for breathing.
