Completion requirements
The patient complains of periodic purulent discharge from the left half of the nose and difficulty breathing through the left nostril for 2 years. During anterior rhinoscopy, an ulcerated infiltrate is visible in the anterior lower part of the nasal septum (where the skin meets the mucous membrane), which easily bleeds when touched with a probe. The other ENT organs are normal.
